Alice grew up and attended the public schools in Alamance County, graduating from Eastern Alamance High School in Mebane and then the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon college graduation, she lived in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham and Carrboro) for fifteen years. She had a successful property management career managing upscale apartment communities and rental homes in Raleigh, Durham, Carrboro, Winston-Salem and Charlotte prior to entering real estate sales in 1997. She brings clients first hand knowledge of property management, having owned and leased her own duplex for seven years. She married and returned to Alamance County to settle and raise her family. She keeps abreast of issues such as school information and new development which impact residents. She is a past president of the Durham Jaycees, a lifelong member of Hawfields Presbyterian Church and helps out in many other areas of her community. She has been a lciensed real estate broker for twenty years. She is a member of the Burlington Alamance Board of Realtors. Her vast knowledge of the area, network of contacts, her experience in marketing and her negotiating capabilities will certainly benefit both sellers and buyers.
